Terms of Use | MilliMentor

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the MilliMentor: Dosage Math app on Android, iPhone/iPad and the web, and the millimentor.app website (together, “MilliMentor”), provided by Arya Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). By using MilliMentor you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MilliMentor.

1. What MilliMentor is

MilliMentor is an educational math-practice application for adults learning medication dosage calculations. It presents original practice problems that use generic drug names and fictional practice values. It is not a medical device, is not a clinical calculator, and makes no medical claims.

2. Educational use only, not medical advice

MilliMentor is for practice only. It does not provide medical advice, clinical decision support, dosing recommendations or medication guidance for any real person. Never use any drug name, order, label, concentration, range, value, answer or AI explanation from MilliMentor to prepare, check, give or decide on a dose for a real patient, for yourself or for anyone else. For real care, always follow your instructor, your institution’s policies and procedures, the prescriber’s order, current drug references and a licensed pharmacist. Clinical decisions remain your own professional responsibility.

Practice problems, worked solutions and AI-generated explanations can contain errors. Rounding, notation and method conventions in MilliMentor may differ from those of your program or institution; follow your program’s rules on exams and your institution’s policy in practice. Please report errors through Support.

3. No real patient data

Do not enter real patient information, protected health information, real medication orders or real facility data into MilliMentor.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older to use MilliMentor. You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which also deletes your practice data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Content and license

Practice items, worked solutions, drawings, software and text in MilliMentor are owned by Arya Technologies LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MilliMentor for your own non-commercial study, and educators may share links to MilliMentor with their students. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. MilliMentor is not affiliated with or endorsed by any nursing, medical or pharmacy board, school or testing organization.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy, republish or resell content; do not reverse engineer or attempt to break or bypass security; do not interfere with the service or other users; do not use MilliMentor to make real dosing decisions; and do not upload anyone else’s personal information. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

7. Price

MilliMentor is currently free. It has no subscriptions, in-app purchases or ads. If paid features are ever offered, they will be sold through your device’s app store under that store’s terms, and we will update these Terms before any charge applies.

8. School and program pilots

Our school pilot is free: there are no fees, tiers, minimums or contract, and either the program or we may end it at any time. We do not ask programs for student names, rosters or records; students use their own accounts under these Terms, and instructor groups are opt-in for each student. Taking part in a pilot does not mean the program endorses MilliMentor, and we will not name a program publicly without its written permission. Any separate written agreement with a school controls where it conflicts with this section.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

MilliMentor is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that MilliMentor will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that using it will lead to any exam result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Arya Technologies LLC and its members, employees and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss or damage resulting from using MilliMentor content outside educational practice, including in any clinical setting. Our total liability for any claim relating to MilliMentor is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently $0) or US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify Arya Technologies LLC against claims arising from your misuse of MilliMentor, including any use of its content for real patient care, or your breach of these Terms.

12. App store terms (Apple and Google)

If you download MilliMentor from the Apple App Store, your use is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA for the iOS app, the Standard EULA controls. These Terms are between you and Arya Technologies LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to it, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or third-party intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If you download MilliMentor from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or MilliMentor will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please email info@millimentor.app so we can try to resolve it informally.

14. Ending use

You may stop using MilliMentor and delete your account at any time. We may change, suspend or discontinue MilliMentor or any part of it. Sections 2, 5, 9, 10, 11 and 13 continue after your use ends.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them in connection with a merger or sale of the business. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about MilliMentor.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and post the new version here, and for material changes we will show a notice in the app. Continuing to use MilliMentor after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
