Privacy Policy
Effective October 28, 2026 · Last updated October 28, 2026
This policy explains what the MilliMentor: Dosage Math app (on Android, iPhone/iPad and the web, together “the app”) and the millimentor.app website collect, how we use that information, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and app store requirements.
1. Who we are
MilliMentor is provided by Arya Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”), 5603 W. Friendly Ave., Unit 230, Greensboro, NC 27410, USA. Questions or requests: info@millimentor.app.
2. What the app collects
- Account information: email address, display name, a user ID and your sign-in method.
- Confirmations: your age confirmation (18+) and its time, and your educational-use acknowledgment with its wording version and the time you agreed.
- Learner profile answers (optional): age band, role, mindset, focus preference, daily minutes, days per week, study period, exam or shift date, pace and starting level.
- Practice data: attempts, answers, confidence ratings, error tags, session history, skill states and weekly study-day count.
- Study preferences: session length, focus mode, timer, feedback style, weekly goal and session type. We do not store how you rate your energy.
- AI help records (only if you use AI help): the practice problem, your typed attempt, the AI response, usage counts, and any AI answer you report.
- Content reports you send: the skill, the question text and what looks wrong.
- Usage and diagnostic data: pages or screens viewed, session identifiers and duration, device or browser type, and crash and diagnostic logs. This is collected by our app platform, Base44, to keep the app working and to understand how it is used.
We never collect or show an IQ or intelligence score. Focus and study preferences are wording choices, never diagnoses.
3. What we do not collect
We do not want and do not knowingly collect real patient data, health records or other clinical information, payment card details, precise location, contacts or photos. Please never enter real patient or medication-order information into the app.
4. How we use information
To create and secure your account, build your daily plan, schedule spaced reviews, show your progress, provide AI help when you ask for it, run opt-in instructor groups, answer support requests and content reports, fix bugs, and keep the service working and safe. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell it.
5. Service providers and sharing
We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the app shows no ads. The following service providers process information on our behalf, only to operate MilliMentor:
- Base44 (app platform): hosting, sign-in, database, transactional email, usage analytics and diagnostics.
- OpenAI, reached through Base44, only when you use AI help. It receives the practice problem and your typed attempt to generate a hint or explanation, not your name or email address.
- Google Fonts: the web app loads its typeface from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information when the font is requested.
- Google Play and Apple App Store: distribute the app and may collect information (for example, downloads, crash reports, ratings) under their own privacy policies.
- IONOS: hosts this website and the info@millimentor.app mailbox.
Instructor groups (opt-in). If you choose to join an instructor group by entering an invite code, the group’s instructor can see your display name (or email address if you have no display name) and your number of practice attempts, plus group-level results: weak skills (group average), common error types, review-completion and retention percentages, and discussion prompts. Instructors never see your learner-profile answers, mindset, focus or study preferences, and there are no rankings or leaderboards.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety and security of users or the service, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
6. Schools, pilots and FERPA
Students create and control their own accounts. In our free school pilots we do not ask programs for student names, rosters, grades or other education records, and we do not report individual results to a school except through the opt-in instructor group described above. If a school ever provides student information to us, we will use it only to provide MilliMentor to that school, under the school’s direction and any written agreement with it, consistent with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and we will not use it for any other purpose.
7. This website and update emails
millimentor.app is a static website. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operations. If you email us or send a form, we use your message and address to reply.
Update emails. If you sign up for MilliMentor updates, we keep your email address and the optional role you choose to send occasional product news. If we email faculty or administrators at their publicly listed work addresses about the free pilot, we use only that address and public role information. Every email includes our postal address and a way to unsubscribe; reply “unsubscribe” or email info@millimentor.app and we will stop within 10 business days. If we use an email service provider, it processes your address only on our behalf.
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track you across other companies’ websites or apps, so we treat all visitors the same whether or not a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal is sent.
9. Retention
Account, practice and AI help data are kept while your account is active and deleted when you delete your account. Copies may remain in our providers’ backups and logs for a limited period before they are overwritten. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request and for our records. Update-email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. We may keep limited information longer where the law requires it.
10. Deleting your account and data
- In the app: open Settings → Delete my account and data. This permanently deletes your profile and preferences, practice history, sessions, skill states, AI usage records and reports, and consent records.
- By email (if you can’t open the app): email info@millimentor.app with the subject “Delete my MilliMentor account” from the email address on the account. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we complete it within 30 days.
You can also ask us to delete only some data (for example, AI help records) without deleting your account.
11. Your rights, including California residents
You can review and correct most of your information in the app at any time. You may also ask us, by emailing info@millimentor.app, to: know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; get a copy; correct it; delete it; and opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell or share it). California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA), and we extend them to all users. We will not discriminate against you for using them. We verify requests by confirming control of the account email address, and we reply within 45 days. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. California residents may also ask about disclosures to third parties for direct marketing (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83); we make none.
12. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls tied to your account, so other users cannot see your practice data. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
13. Children
MilliMentor is for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, including children under 13 as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a minor has created an account, email info@millimentor.app and we will delete it.
14. Where data is processed
MilliMentor is operated from the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
15. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the new version here. For material changes we will also show a notice in the app or email you before the change takes effect.
