For faculty & staff
More practice for your students. Less remediation for you.
MilliMentor gives students the repeated, feedback-rich dosage-calc practice there’s rarely class time for, reinforcing the methods you already teach. It’s free for students and faculty.
For your course
- Worked solutions in DA, ratio-proportion and formula
- An opt-in instructor group with group-level progress
- Built on retrieval practice and spacing
- Free for you and your students
- No student records requested, ever
The remediation loop
You teach it once. They need to practice it again and again.
The problem
Not enough reps in the schedule
Dosage calculation is learned through repetition, but course hours go to content. Practice ends up as a worksheet and a high-stakes test.
The cost
Retakes, tutoring and office hours
When students miss the bar, faculty time goes to remediation sessions that re-teach the same few setups and conversions.
The fix
Practice that runs on its own
MilliMentor supplies the reps, with instant checking and a worked solution after every problem, so students arrive at review sessions with fewer basic gaps.
What MilliMentor does for your course
Designed to support your teaching, not replace it
Your methods, shown step by step
Every worked example can be viewed as dimensional analysis, ratio-proportion or the formula method.
Opt-in instructor group
Students can join your group with an invite code. You see who joined and their attempt counts, plus group-level weak skills, common error types and discussion prompts.
Error tags that guide review
Attempts are tagged by error type, such as a missed conversion or a setup slip, so aggregate error types point to what to re-teach.
A clear progression
Each of the 11 skills runs Foundation → Core → Clinical challenge, from conversions to IV titration.
Instant checking
Every answer is checked right away and followed by a worked solution, so students correct errors instead of repeating them.
Practice values only
Problems are original, use practice values, and carry clear educational-use reminders. No patient data, ever.
Evidence-based methods
Retrieval practice and spacing, built in
Practice testing and distributed practice are the two techniques rated “high utility” in a major review of learning methods.1 MilliMentor makes them the default:
- Retrieval practice. Retrieve sessions ask students to solve problems from memory, not re-read them.2
- Spaced review. Missed skills come back for review over the following days instead of all at once.3
- Immediate, specific feedback. A worked solution after every attempt, so errors get corrected rather than repeated.

Faculty FAQ
Questions faculty ask
Does it replace my teaching or my exams?
No. MilliMentor is a practice companion. You teach the method and set the assessments; students get more reps between classes.
What can I see about my students?
Only students who opt in with your invite code appear. You see each one’s display name and number of practice attempts, plus group-level weak skills, common error types, review completion and discussion prompts. You never see individual answers, profile answers, study preferences, mindset or rankings.
Is the content accurate?
Problems and worked solutions are original, but any content can contain errors. If you spot one, email info@millimentor.app and we’ll fix it.
Does it use AI?
Only if the student chooses. An optional AI Math Helper gives hints after the student turns it on. It receives the practice problem and the typed attempt, never the student’s name or email.
What does it cost?
Nothing. It’s free for students and faculty, with no contract.
Pilot program
Bring free, structured dosage-calc practice to your program
A one-cohort pilot takes a single email to start. No contract, no purchase, and we never ask for student names or records.
