Made for everyone who teaches or learns dosage math
Find what MilliMentor does for you
One app with three kinds of value: confidence for students, time back for faculty, and a zero-cost readiness boost for programs.
Walk into your dosage exam prepared
Practice in 5-minute sessions on your phone, see exactly where a setup went wrong, and let spaced reviews keep skills fresh until exam day.
For studentsMore practice for them, less remediation for you
Worked solutions in the methods you teach, opt-in instructor groups with group-level progress, and practice built on retrieval and spacing.
For facultyA zero-cost readiness and safety-culture boost
Free for students and programs, privacy-first by design, and simple to roll out with no contract and no student records.
For administratorsWhy it matters
Dosage math is a small skill with big stakes
A misplaced decimal or a missed mcg-to-mg conversion is easy to make and hard to catch. That’s why programs test it, and why practice matters.
The problem
One lecture, then a high-stakes test
Students often see a method once in class, work a worksheet, and then cram before a dosage competency exam, with little feedback on why an answer was wrong.
Why it hurts
Small slips, real consequences
In practice, medication errors are a global safety issue. The WHO estimates their cost at US$42 billion a year, and the FDA receives more than 100,000 reports of suspected medication errors each year.1,2
The fix
Little and often, with feedback
MilliMentor gives students short, repeatable practice with instant checking, a step-by-step worked solution, and spaced reviews that bring weak skills back before they fade.

How it works
Learn it, practice it, keep it
Three steps that turn a lecture into a lasting skill.
Learn
Worked examples show how the units cancel, in your choice of dimensional analysis, ratio-proportion or the formula method.
Practice
Each skill has a 3-level path (Foundation, Core, Clinical challenge) with instant checking and points, stars and badges as you level up.
Keep it
Spaced reviews and a skill map show what’s solid and what needs another pass. Your plan adapts to your exam or shift date and pace.

Practice values, shown as they appear in the app.
What you’ll practice
11 skills across the topics programs test
From the first metric conversion to IV titration, version 1.0 covers:
- Metric & household conversions
- Oral solid & liquid doses
- Reading syringe scales
- Reconstitution
- Weight-based doses
- Pediatric safe-dose ranges
- IV flow rates & infusion times
- Titration
Spaced reviews
Missed skills return over the following days, so practice sticks.
Exam-style sessions
Retrieve, Workout, Simulator and Shift sessions build speed and accuracy.

The learning science
Built on two of the best-supported study methods
A major review of ten common study techniques rated just two as “high utility”: practice testing and distributed (spaced) practice.3 MilliMentor is built around both.
- Retrieval practice. Recalling a method beats re-reading it. In a classic study, students who practiced recall remembered more a week later than students who restudied.4
- Spacing. Spreading practice over days produces better long-term retention than massing it into one session.5
- Immediate feedback. Every answer is checked on the spot with a worked solution, so a wrong setup gets corrected instead of rehearsed.
